We have been renting ‘Princess’ the elephant for over a year. She is our sanctuary’s smallest and greediest elephant. She loves eating bananas.
Unfortunately her hill tribe owner now wants to sell her. This month! The price is $30,000. If we cannot afford to buy Princess by the end of this month she will be sold to a tour company to be ridden around the temples of Angkor Wat. As well as being chained up and mistreated, Princess would also be separated from her new best friend Comvine. We don’t want to see two heartbroken elephants.
We are very close to having saved the $30,000 needed to buy her.
