These rules are for the safety of our elephants and our guests

Interaction when feeding, walking and observing the elephants:

• Wash your hands if you have used suntan lotion of bug spray
• Do not put your hand in the elephants mouth
• Do not hug the elephants trunk
• Do not stand behind an elephant
• Do not make loud noises around the elephants
• Do not tease the elephants
• Do not use flash photography
• Do not turn your back on the elephants
• Please dress suitably for walking in the jungle
• Never get in between two elephants
• Please remain quiet while observing the elephants

Interaction when washing the elephants

• Enter the water carefully because the rocks are slippery
• Do not dive into the water

Staying overnight at our Jungle Lodge / Jungle Trek

• Do not drink too much rice wine
• Do not walk off alone into the Jungle, only walk with your guides
• Be sensible around the campfire
• No diving headfirst at the waterfall
